FlexiLine is a modular design conveyor range that are specifically designed for handling lightweight products in dry factory environments.
The range has two standard conveyor widths 82.5mm and 114mm that are easy to install and easy to modify.
The aluminium profiles are also used with modular type belting where different widths from 100mm up to 2m or even 3m widths can be manufactured.
This is a versatile product range with all parts being standard and available off the shelve.Â

Stainless steel or mild steel frame conveyors are also part of our conveyor range. 82.5mm, 114mm, 150mm, 190,5mm etc. are all standard and common slat chain widths that these conveyors are build around.
Also incorporating modular chains for wider conveyor requirements.
Our range of driven and free running roller conveyors can be supplied in galvanized roller or stainless steel roller finishes and where required in polymide for bends, etc. Conveyor frames are supplied in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium depending on the application requirements. From carton conveying to motor part to pallet to wood and steel conveying, we have a solution for your conveyoring needs.

Our range of air conveyoring includes stainless steel and aluminium profile air conveyors. These systems are purpose build for the downstream high speed conveying of empty plastic PET bottles.
With the experience and know how accumulated over 30 years Productive Systems are able to adapt its air conveyor to the customers specific bottle size, shape and design. Each different bottle poses different complications and only through experience can these specific issues be resolved.
Also offering:
Automatic guide rail adjsutment
Automatic neck rail lubrication if required
Fan active speed control

Conveying of products vertically up or down is made possible by this range of wedge conveyors. Again offered in stainless steel or aluminium profile frames these units consist of two conveyors facing each other with rubber cleated slat chain. The rubber cleats allow for the product to be "pinched" between the two belts and thereby allow for the product to be transported vertically.
Should you transport different size products we offer an automated width adjustment system where you choose the product on an operator panel and the wedge conveyor automatically adjust to the correct width.
Pallet conveyors for various size and weight pallets are available. Depending on the type of pallet and the bease design of the pallet you might require roller or driven chain pallet conveyors.

OVERHEAD CONVEYING
To reduce the usage of factory floor space product can be lifted automatically onto overhead conveyor system and lowered back down when arriving in the warehouse or allocated palletising area.
This conveying system can run for hundreds of meters on one drive making it a cost effective option.
CHECK WEIGHING SCALE CONVEYORS
Injection moulder take-out systems with check weighing and box indexing allows for product control and quantity accuracy.
Cooling down of product while on conveyors are also possible.
