PRODUCTIVE SYSTEMS - BAGGING MACHINES

Productivity Through Innovation

Productive Systems have been manufacturing bagging machines for empty plastic bottles for over 30 years. Our designs are based on extensive experience accumulated over the years and running countless bottle shapes and designs through our bagging machines.
We also manufacture and install auxiliary equipment to offer our customers a turnkey solution from blow moulder out-feed to palletizing of bags and beyond.

OPTIMIZING LINE PRODUCTION OUTPUT

Up to 27,000bph per bagging machine
Unique features:
- Clamping of bottles during push-over or put-down ensuring stable transfer of bottles.
- Driven accumulation table instead of stainless steel table top allows for the stable handling of small base and top heavy bottles.
- Side plates that enter the bag before the bottles are used to keep bag open. Again to allow for bottles to stay upright as well as to allow for a tighter bag as bottles do not touch the sides of the bag.
- Retrofitting of bag hooking function to give customer future improvements.

BAGGING MACHINE MODELS

From semi-automatic to fully automatic

FULLY AUTOMATIC BAGGING MACHINE

Our fully automatic bagging machines can be supplied for lines that are:

  • from airconveyor in-feed placed directly onto bagger accumulation table

  • or from table top or slat chain in-feed conveyoring pushing the bottles onto the accumulation table.

Single lane in-feed or multiple lane in-feed is available.

Bags are automatically unwind from a roll in tube form, cut and weld at the back, automatically hooked onto bag clamps and after bottles are pushed in automatically sealed and pushed out of the bagger for further manual or automatic handling.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC BAGGING MACHINE

Our semi-automatic bagging machines are the same in design as the fully automatic machines without the automatic bag hooking function.
This means that the operator needs to manually hook a pre-made bag with one side open onto the bag clamps.
Speed of the machine are the same as for the fully automatic function however the operator involvement influences the final speed of the bagging system.
A rule of thumb is that should a full bag be made under 60 seconds then fully automatic bagger is required. Above 60 seconds and a skilled operator can handle the manual hooking of the bag.

Incorporating servo drives we are able to place single or double rows of bottles, at high speed, accurately, directly onto the bagger accumulation table. Thereby eliminating the issues associated with going from airveyor to conveyor and then into bagger.
Adjustment for different bottle hieghts are done directly from the operator panel.

Single and double lane conveyor in-feeds are supplied with our bagging machines should the bottle design and line speed allow for table top conveyor transport.
Various line diverting units from pneumatic to servo controlled for high speed are supplied.
Servo controlled push-over from conveyor to bagger ensures accurate and stable placement of the bottles onto the bagger accumulation table.
